Mit Tenebra entwickelt die siebenköpfige Band ihren eigenen Stil konsequent weiter und dokumentiert unmissverständlich, dass sie ihre musikalischen Wurzeln zwar im Metal hat, andererseits aber auch an der Vielfalt der folkloristischen Einflüsse festhält. In Stücken wie ´Noli timere messorem` hört man treibende Doublebass-Passagen, in ´Ruf der Lamia` hartes, modernes Riffing. Demgegenüber stehen Stücke wie ´Narrenschiff` oder ´Chimaera`, die durch traditionelle Musikinstrumente wie Chalumeau, Rauschpfeife, Tin Whistle, Low Whistle, Concertina und Drehleier bestimmt werden.
